Keeping your order link safe
Your order link lets anyone follow the swap. Changes need a private order token that only the browser that created the order holds.
Updated
Every swap has its own page, at an address made of /order/ and 14 letters and numbers. There is no password: the link is how you follow your swap, so bookmark it.
What the link shows
Anyone with the link sees the coins, the amounts, the deposit address and the progress of each deposit. Your payout and refund addresses are shortened for them. The browser that created the order sees everything in full.
The order token
When you create an order, your browser receives a private order token and saves it in its own storage, not in the link. We store only a one-way hash of it. The token is needed to add or change the refund address, cancel the order before you send, start an identity check or add the exchange account holder's name.
If you clear your browser data, switch browsers or use a private window, the token is gone. You can still follow the swap with the link, but you cannot change it. Contact support if you need a change.
Good habits
- Share the link only with people you trust, such as our support team.
- Do not post it publicly: it shows your deposit and part of your addresses.
- We never ask for your wallet's private key or seed phrase. Anyone who does is not us.
Apps that use our API receive the token when they create an order and send it in the x-order-token header.
