Merchant terms
Last updated 24 October 2026 · SAMZAL LLC, 421 West Broadway, Council Bluffs, Iowa 51503, United States
1. These terms
These terms apply to businesses and websites (“merchants”) that take payments through the Plaxswap payment gateway, operated by SAMZAL LLC, 421 West Broadway, Council Bluffs, Iowa 51503, United States. They add to our terms of service and privacy notice, which also apply. They are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.
2. What the gateway does
You ask our API for a payment and send your customer to our checkout. Your customer pays with the coin you receive, or with another coin that Uniswap or SwapKit converts to it. Confirmed settlements credit your Plaxswap balance in your selected receiving coin and network. You request withdrawals to your own wallet. Legacy direct-wallet payments keep the destination agreed when created.
3. Fees
The current default platform fee is 1.5%, shown on your merchant page and in each payment. Network fees and the cost of Uniswap or SwapKit are paid by your customer inside the amount they send. We may change the platform fee for new payments; payments already made keep theirs. You pay a separate network fee on merchant withdrawals. The preview shows the exact balance deduction, destination and amount received before you confirm. Network estimates include a disclosed estimation margin.
4. What you may sell
You may only take payments for lawful goods and services. You must not use the gateway for:
- anything illegal where you or your customer are, including drugs, weapons, stolen goods or data, and fraud;
- gambling, adult content or financial services you are not licensed for where you operate;
- people or places under sanctions, or to hide where money comes from;
- other payment or exchange services (passing payments on for others).
5. Your customers
Your customers pass our order checks, the same as an order in the Plaxswap app: country rules, identity checks above our limits, and sanctions and wallet screening. A payment can be held for a check, or sent back to the payer, under those rules. You agree that we may share what the law requires with the authorities.
6. Amounts, late and returned payments
Your balance receives what the confirmed payment converts to. A payment can arrive short, extra or late; each is credited and marked in the payment and its webhooks. If a payment cannot be converted, the coins go back to the payer. Refunds of payments that reached you are yours to make.
7. Your keys and your address
Sign in with Google or Telegram to manage your account. Keep integration keys and webhook secrets on your server. You are responsible for withdrawal addresses and for anything done with your keys. Switch a key off on your merchant page if you think it leaked.
8. Balance custody and withdrawals
Your balance is a claim on crypto assets held by Plaxswap. It is not a bank account and earns no interest. Coins and networks have separate balances. Payments awaiting confirmations or a risk check are not available to withdraw. Withdrawal funds remain reserved while the transaction is pending or its outcome is uncertain. If a transfer is proven never sent and cancelled, its reservation is returned. Blockchain transfers to an incorrect address or network cannot be reversed. Do not fulfil a test-mode payment as a real sale.
9. Switching off
We may switch your account or a key off at any time, for example when we see a breach of these terms, a risk to our service or a legal requirement. Payments already on their way still finish.
