Delete your Plaxswap account

You can request deletion of your Plaxswap merchant account and associated personal data, whether you use our website or Android app. You do not need to sign in to submit a request.

Send your request

  1. Email support@plaxswap.com with the subject Plaxswap account and data deletion request.
  2. Include your merchant ID, if known, and the Google email address or Telegram username used to sign in. For swap-only data requests, include the relevant order ID.
  3. Our support team will verify account ownership, review any pending payments or funds with you, and confirm what is deleted or retained.

Never send passwords, API secrets, authenticator codes, recovery codes or wallet recovery phrases. If the email link does not open, copy support@plaxswap.com into your email provider.

Your available funds

Check pending payments and withdraw available funds in your merchant dashboard before closing the account. If you cannot access your account or funds, describe that in your request so support can help resolve it.

What deletion covers

Once verified and processed, your account access and associated personal data that no longer needs to be kept are deleted. The process includes revoking active sessions and API access. Your Google or Telegram account is unaffected.

Records we may need to retain

Financial transactions, verification results and records needed for legal, fraud-prevention or security obligations may be retained. Our current financial-record retention period is five years after the transaction, as explained in the privacy policy. We will explain any records retained for your request and the applicable reason and period. Public blockchain transactions cannot be erased.

Data on your device

Removing an order from the Android app’s Orders tab removes that saved history and key from the app. This does not cancel the order or delete its server records. Sign out in the merchant dashboard to end your browser session.
